It's getting ridiculous now, I'm not even getting a bonus, ive had one bonus in over 1800 spins and it was £0 surely my rng isn't that bad? Deposited over €1200 in the past few weeks and not once have I been up? I'm not asking to win thousands or even hundreds, people are working hard for there money and want a decent game time, coral have really gone down hill I'm not sure how this rng works or they can set it for individual people but surely my rng isn't that bad?surely this needs to be looked into I can't imaging how many people out there that are playing coral and just losing everything because that rng is terrible

To the person that's replying for coral,go find a real job,not working for a corrupt company trying to do honest decent people out of money. Look at the bad reviews 90%. Does that tell you something?

Closed my account for not sending documents, (sorry busy life) sent documents about 8 times now and keep being told not received. Phone and live chat lie constantly.
Sort it out.

Taken £85 from bank account and claiming they never, sent them screenshots, went onto chat to be told more lies about it and said they had technical issues, well sorry but no technical issues should take money from people's bank accounts, so after the chat session i tried logging into account and they had closed it all because i complained and asked why money gone out my account, will be advised legal action against this shocking company as its basically fraud what they have done,

I seriously can't believe how much coral has changed in the last couple of months purely a take on my wife won't be playing anymore slots.

Dreadful experience. Won on the racing super series, got a pop up saying" congratulations " but my winnings(£126.90) not put in my account. E mailed 3 times and was told lies after lies , the last one saying I only had 5 runners placed when I know I had all 7. Finally got paid out with no explanation as to why it wasn't settled at the time , awful.

Terrible site! I had a bet on Nadal to win Wimbledon and after he withdrew due to injury I contacted Coral to see if my bet would be voided -the agent couldn’t confirm but alluded to this being the case so I put another bet on expecting the funds back at some point from the Nadal bet.
Wimbledon’s now finished and my bet for Nadal has lost even though he had to withdraw due to a medical condition!
Customer services are useless and ‘the manager’ I spoke with (Melody) was even worse, eventually cutting the chat off.
Disgusting way to treat a once loyal customer…now just quoting T&C’s rather than anyone actually having any empowerment to do anything!
The bet was relatively small, certainly compared to what I’ve wagered in the past.
Dont bother starting an account with them and if you already have one, look elsewhere!

Never seen a supposedly PROFESSIONAL company allowing people to create accounts with the same email address a few years later, then when you want to use the account suspend you asking for verification then you get an email saying all good, then you deposit money BUT when you want to BET SUSPENDED account again NO EXPLANATION.

Website slow and truly awful to use. Funny I have placed bets on coral and then watched them on paddy power! Lol that's how bad the site is! Paddy power give you terrible odds and coral is hopeless! Think it's time to spend my time more constructively.
